I recently bough a Junkers MiniMaxx WR 11 2 B and I had the same problem on the first use. When the sensor detects a poor exhaustion flow, it turns the heater off.My problem was solved when the technician moved the exhaust tube to the center of the heater (leaving equal gaps on the left and right side), that's why it's advised that the tube comes out in a vertical line at least 20cm above the heater and then the 45º degree.Other causes could be weak batteries or a clogged chimney.
