What Is Payless Return Policy
Payless: Online Return Policy Payless.com purchases may be returned by mail or at any store locations nationwide. When you make a return, they will refund the purchase price plus any sales tax paid for the item. Worn shoes are not returnable. Only Payless.com purchases with a customer receipt are processed by mail.
At most airport locations proof of a return flight that coincides with the rental must be shown.Debit Cards are accepted when renting an Economy, Compact, Intermediate, Standard, Full-size, Premium car, SUVs and Minivans only. The estimated amount of the rental plus an additional amount of $200.00 will be assessed against your debit card at the time of rental. We release the hold on funds when the vehicle is returned however, these funds may no longer be available for your immediate use and may take up to 14 days, depending on your bank, to become available.We will not be responsible for any returned check(s) or insufficient fund charges or bank fees related to this process. Use of a debit card to rent a Vehicle may be subject to a review of your credit history. The inquiry will be posted on your credit report and may have an effect on your credit score. If the debit card fails to meet our debit card criteria, you may either be unable to rent a Vehicle. Or required to present a major credit card in your name to qualify for rental at this location.

Method of prepayment toward your rental may not be changed after confirmation. The same credit or debit card used to complete an online prepaid reservation must be presented at the rental pick-up counter as a form of identification.
At time of rental pick-up, the last name on all rental credentials (license and credit or debit card) must match the last name on the reservation. If the last names do not match, for security purposes the prepaid reservation will not be honored.
Payless Shoe Return Policy
Your quoted rental rate is based on the exact parameters (locations, dated, etc.) of your particular rental - changing your confirmed reservation parameters could result in a different rate. At the time of pick up, driver must present a valid driver's license and credit card (or debit card at participating locations) in the driver's name. All drivers must have a safe driving record. Generally, at the time of rental, we'll require a credit card hold of $200. This is in addition to the cost of the rental. While a debit card is an acceptable form of rental prepayment online, it may not be accepted for the credit hold required when you pick up your car. If you use a debit card at a location that accepts them, we will perform a credit check to ensure credit worthiness before releasing the car and you must also present a second form of current identification.
Payless Return Policy With Receipt
If you fail to pass the credit check, you will not be able to rent the car. Please review the terms and conditions on our confirmation page regarding credit or debit card acceptance at the location.Cancellation Policy. If you need to cancel 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time, we will refund the full prepaid amount, less a $50.00 USD processing fee.
